Workout am to pm

One thing good that came out of Form 6 was losing a bit of weight. And it’s no wonder, what with all the walking I had to do around school, especially while being a prefect.

Well, now at work, I’m getting significantly less exercise. My workout is pretty much like this…


Powerwalking/Running: Up two flight of stairs before it’s 8am. Or at least before the senior staff gets to work.

Stretching exercises: To reach things on the other end of the table when I’m too lazy to stand up and get it.

Weight-lifting: Of papers to be loaded into the photocopier machine or carrying of brouchures and heavy files.

Brisk walking: To get to lunch with a growling stomach

Leisurely walking: To walk back to office after lunch.

Facial exercises: aka Yawning, repeat as many times as necessary throughout day.

Leg squats: In the lavatory.

Full-body Stretches: To hear and feel the satisfying crack of joints after being stuck in front of computer almost the whole day

Finger exercises: Lots of this done on the keyboard, my fingers are very fit now!

Eye exercises: Look back.. Look in front .. Look left.. Look.. Uhoh, Boss coming this way *Type type type*

And my favourite part, the walk back down the stairs at 5pm.

Beats dieting anytime! (Love the finger exercise. I will do it too! =D )

Sam, the workout doesn't actually seem to make me fitter. Except for my fingers. Because they get really intense workout sessions.

There are injuries related to excessive monitoring so take it easy on your hands. Type light ;p

timothytay: Nah, what for? At home nicer...

concession covenant: I know.. carpal tunnel syndrome. And it doesn't help that the keyboard at work is so old, and some of the keys are rigid.

conan_cat: Yealor, that's why at the end of the day, really develop an appetite and too tired to do anything else. Please consult your GP before taking up this exercise workout. Haha.
